Airport Property Boundary
Title to the land that comprises Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and Page Field General Aviation Airport (FMY) is owned and held by the Lee County Board of County Commissioners. The Lee County Port Authority (LCPA) is charged with managing and operating both airports. But unlike other Lee County owned lands (i.e. road right-of-ways, parks, etc.), airport land has special restrictions and regulations that apply. These regulations and restrictions include Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and grants assurances, Florida Statutes and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) grant conditions, airline agreements and other regulatory requirements. If you have any questions related to these maps or airport land, please contact LCPA development services department at 239-590-4615.
